Cancellation Policy

LAST-MINUTE CANCELLATIONS AND NO-SHOWS ARE SUBJECT TO A CHARGE OF 50% OF THE TOTAL SERVICE TO THE CARD ON FILE. CANCELLING OR RESCHEDULING LESS THAN 24 HOURS BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL BE CONSIDERED A LAST-MINUTE CANCELLATION. ALL BOOKING FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. A VALID CARD MUST REMAIN ON FILE.
